The Walltank Service

Walltank provides fictional animated desktop aquariums under a personal, non-exclusive license. Art, code and music remain protected by their owners; third-party license notices are included in the app. Do not redistribute assets or misuse the service. There is no affiliation with real aquariums.

Eligibility and Minors

You must have legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are under the age of majority where you live, a parent or legal guardian must approve your use and any purchase.

App and Content License

Subject to these Terms and the applicable store license, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to install and use Walltank and downloaded Walltank content on compatible devices for private, non-commercial desktop use.

You do not acquire ownership of the application, catalog, motion assets, pet packs, artwork, music, trademarks, or other Service content. You may not extract, redistribute, sell, sublicense, publicly republish, or use Service assets to train models or create competing asset collections except where applicable law expressly permits it.

For Apple-distributed copies, Apple's Standard Licensed Application EULA applies unless a separate EULA is presented in the store. Microsoft-distributed copies follow the applicable Microsoft Store license terms. These service terms supplement those licenses without overriding mandatory store rules or statutory consumer rights. K-garoo Works provides Walltank support.

Remove Watermark

Remove Watermark is a non-consumable, one-time purchase for the purchasing platform. The store displays the final price and tax, handles payment and provides purchase restoration. It is not a subscription. Refund and withdrawal rights follow the relevant store terms and mandatory consumer law; digital-content exceptions do not remove non-waivable rights. Planned US$1.99. Local prices and taxes appear in the store. macOS and Windows purchases are separate.

• Remove Watermark does not renew automatically and does not require a separate Walltank account.
• You can restore the purchase through the same store account used for purchase, subject to that store's device and account rules.
• Refunds, revocations, family sharing, device limits, and taxes are governed by the applicable store and mandatory law.

Entitlements, Downloads, and Offline Use

Aquariums work offline. Radio, feedback, purchases and restoring purchases require a connection.

AI-Assisted Creative Content

Walltank content may be created with support from AI-generation tools. AI-assisted media can contain visual inconsistencies, unexpected details, or similarities arising from common patterns in generated media.

Acceptable Use

You must not misuse the Service. In particular, you must not:

• Use the Service or submit material in violation of law or third-party rights.
• Reverse engineer protected content except to the limited extent applicable law does not allow that restriction.

Updates and Service Availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Availability can be affected by maintenance, store outages, network failures, third-party services, licensing, security incidents, device compatibility, or events outside our reasonable control.

Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Subject to that rule, K-garoo Works is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss caused by use of or inability to use the Service, loss of data not caused by our breach, third-party store or payment failures, or reliance on generated creative details.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without excluding mandatory consumer protections that apply in your place of residence. The parties should first attempt to resolve concerns through the contact address below.

Any court jurisdiction provision applies only to the extent permitted by mandatory law. Consumers may use courts or dispute-resolution bodies available under applicable consumer law.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms for legal, security, operational, or product reasons. We will post the revised version with a new date and provide additional notice or obtain consent when applicable law requires it. Changes will not retroactively reduce completed purchase rights without a lawful basis.

Language and Contact

The English version is the controlling version to the extent permitted by applicable law. Translations are provided for convenience, and mandatory local-language or consumer rules prevail where required.
